What began as Dan's dream lake cottage has grown into a collection of six unique properties, each designed to create the perfect backdrop for family and friend gatherings.

As lifelong Traverse City locals, we grew up hosting friends and relatives visiting Northern Michigan. Now we continue that tradition—welcoming guests to experience the area we love through thoughtfully appointed retreats that feel like coming home.

perfect 5/5! truly had the best stay here for my birthday. Dan checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Had an amazing time hanging out in the hottub and even left us some wood with smores sticks. they truly thought of every detail! we all had the best time getting massages in the chair as well! would absolutely recommend!!

The perfect place to host a group gathering. Hosted a get together with some friends and it was the perfect balance of having everyone all together while letting people enjoy their time on their own on vacation. The pictures you see represent well what the space looks like. It person, it felt bigger which was great! Our group loved the amenities and the spaces for which we could gather. Would love to return and use this space again for a future visit!

You can stop looking. We had a 3 night family gathering to celebrate an 80th birthday with ages from 20 to 82 in early April. These folks have thought of every possible detail. I was looking for something with an indoor space that would allow us to all be together for the party and games that we like to play whenever we get together. The pickleball court was a huge bonus as half of the group is into the sport.The birthday girl likes to do puzzles and they have high top tables that worked great for that purpose. A 1,000 piece puzzle was completed by the end of the second full day.We didn't use all of the outside amenities. Hot tub was used twice. We were hoping for a fire on Sunday but it rained all day and evening. It was still worth the price just for the interior party space.

I took a group of students to traverse city. This home was perfect for what we needed. The students had some work to accomplish, and the home provided all the play. Whether you want to relax in the sauna, jacuzzi or have a pickle bal tournament there was something for everyone. Also, beds were comfy and bathroom’s, shower’s and kitchen worked well for our group. Thanks for a great trip!

This was an awesome accommodation for our HOSA high school group. The students loved the pickle ball court, jacuzzi, sauna and bunk rooms. The home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Great beds, kitchen with the pans and dishes you would need, plus, lots of extras. Everything was thought of. Highly recommend.

This space was exactly what my wife and I needed, a peaceful, private space with great views! The hot tub, the sauna, incredible! The private beach was a great spot for a bonfire! Would absolutely recommend and stay again!
